Château Fonplégade 2013

The château was built in 1852. The renovation of the building and grounds was split into two phases, including the reconstitution of the second tower and office extension.

The first phase of the renovation of Château Fonplégade included the removal of a Leylandii hedge encircling the swimming pool and extending the 'Mediterranean belt' of protected woodland under the regulation AVAP of St Emilion.
