Project intensions:
Affirm the architectural and landscape identity of the domain
Improve the different terraces and slopes that are characteristic in this landscape.
Simplify the vegetational expression
Redesign the limits and space hierarchy
Improve the perception of the various architectural features
Differentiate and improve the relationships between the built and outside spaces according to their uses : restaurant, offices, winery and reception.
Improve vehicular circulation and parking
Develop different identities to the outer spaces.
